LUCAS SHARMA SHARES HIS PLAYER PERFORMANCE RATINGS FOR WOLVES DEFEAT TO ARSENAL

JOSE SA 5

Jose was to blame for the first goal but didn’t have much else to handle during the match. However, his ability to distribute the ball was improved and stood out in that regard.

YERSON MOSQUERA 8 MAN OF THE MATCH

Yerson Mosquera really shone in yesterday’s match, clearly showing why he’s our top pick for centre-back. He was relentless with his tackles, leaving no room for the opponents. His performance was impressive, solidifying his role in the team. If anyone doubted his ability, they were certainly proved wrong by his display on the field.

TOTI 5

Toti was a bit careless with the ball at times, but he eased into the match, especially with a confident Yerson playing alongside him.

RAYAN AIT-NOURI 6

Rayan played as an inverted full-back, a role that didn’t quite work for us. This approach left us vulnerable on the side he was covering. When Rayan moved into the centre, the opposition took advantage, frequently attacking down his flank, which was left open and undefended.

MATT DOHERTY 6

Matt played well, focusing mainly on defence. Even so, he did show some good moves when he pushed forward.

MARIO LEMINA 7

The captain marvellous was everywhere yesterday covering at the back and even punishing up into the attacks

JOAO GOMES 6

Joao Gomes, charged around the pitch like a pit bull, focused on attacking. He was incredibly steady in the centre of the field, always where he needed to be and rarely putting a foot wrong. With his determination and skill, he anchored our midfield, proving to be the backbone of our team on the pitch.

RODRIGO GOMES 5

Rodrigo Gomes earned a 5 in his debut Premier League match. While he showed promise by finding himself in the right positions on the field, there’s room for improvement. His performance was generally good, though he really needs to focus on refining his corners to make a bigger impact. Developing this skill could be key in boosting his game in future matches.

HWANG HEE-CHAN 4

Hwang seemed completely lost in the match until he suddenly sprang to life with his decisive cross to Strand Larsen.

JORGEN STRAND LARSEN 7

Strand Larsen scored a 7 – he’s finding himself in the right spots to score goals. He had a great opportunity that forced David Raya to make an impressive save.

JEAN RICNER BELLEGARDE 5

Bellgarde-5 really didn’t fit well into the number 10 role. While he was effective at pressing opponents and brought energy to that aspect of the game, his true strengths weren’t being utilised to the fullest in that position.

SUBSTITUTES

Cunha – 57’- 5 he had a big chance after he came on but squandered it

Podence NA 75’

PabloSarabia NA 84’

Dawson NA a 84’

Chiquinho NA 84’
