ALWAYS WOLVES CROWNED BEST PODCAST PREMIER LEAGUE
It was a night to remember for the Always Wolves team at the Mercure Hotel, Manchester when we took the top spot at the prestigious Football Content Awards. The channel and podcast have been finalists several times over the last few years but this is the first time we’ve picked up the gold award.
There were eight podcasts making the final in the Premier League. In third place was Arsenal Vision Podcast, in the runners up spot The Big 6ix Show and Always Wolves taking the top spot as Best Podcast in The Premier League..

how it started
The Always Wolves Podcast was started by Dazzling Dave who had been running a Wolves Fan Channel since 2018; giving a fans eye view of Wolverhampton Wanderers. The channel originally featured Dave, his dad and Bill, who sat next to Dave at Molineux for 20 years.
Bill passed away suddenly from Bowel Cancer towards the end of 2019, at the end of every game he said ‘Always Wolves’ as we waived our farewells. When Bill died we wanted to do something to honour his memory and we decided to start a podcast hence the name Always Wolves.
100 podcasts
We have now recorded our hundredth podcast which is now available on all good podcast providers and will air on YouTube later on Friday evening. The team of Dazzling Dave, Manny Kang, Paul Mansell and Jason Guy were joined by Wolves legend Andy Thompson in the media suite at Molineux to talk all the latest Wolves news.
a message from Dave
I can’t tell you how proud I am of everyone that makes Always Wolves such a great success and this award recognises the effort and contributions of everyone involved.
I would like to sincerely thank my fellow podcasters Manny Kang, Paul Mansell and Jason Guy, their opinions, wit and general banter add so much to entertain the many listeners and viewers that we have. There is also big thanks due to the many contributors that are involved in Extra Time, I love the fact that so many Wolves fans come on to the show to give their opinion on the game and love chatting Wolves with you all.
I also need to thank everyone who has supported and followed this channel and the kind caring community that has built up around the whole channel, I consider you all my friends and love talking with you whether you support Wolves or just love football.
Finally thanks to my wife Emma who you will know as ‘The Producer’ who does so much behind the scenes to support me and make the channel such a success.
Always Wolves!
