Wolves beat Sheffield United 3-0 on 3rd February 2018 in the Championship at Molineux.
The game started well for Wolves as Ruben Neves scored a fantastic 25-yard goal in the 5th minute, giving them a 1-0 lead. Diogo Jota then doubled the lead with a goal after a neat one-two with Ivan Cavaleiro. Ivan Cavaleiro later scored from a deflected free kick to make it 3-0 to Wolves early in the second half.
Sheffield United faced further challenges as their goalkeeper Simon Moore was sent off for a foul on Diogo Jota.

A LITTLE BIT MORE HISTORY
Wolves faced Sheffield United on 8th May 2005 at Molineux and the final score was Wolves 4 Sheffield United 2.
Wolves opened the scoring after 12 minutes when Lescott capitalised on a set piece play that Sheffield United failed to clear, scoring from close range after Seol’s shot was saved by Kenny.
However, Sheffield United quickly equalised when Quinn’s long-range shot beat Oakes in the Wolves goal.
Despite United’s attacking efforts, Wolves regained the lead with Clarke heading home after a Miller pass.
United equalised again before half-time through Webber, but Wolves took the lead once more in the second half with a goal from substitute Cooper.
Wolves sealed the victory with a fourth goal as Clarke set up Miller to score.
The match ended 4-2 in favour of Wolves, who finished the season with an unbeaten run of 18 matches.
