WOLVES Incoming Rumours

Jaouen Hadjam

Wolves have shown strong interest in signing Jaouen Hadjam, the highly-rated Young Boys left-back, as they look to fill the gap left by Rayan Ait-Nouri’s move to Manchester City. Hadjam, recently voted the best left-back in Switzerland, made 42 appearances last season, including games in the Champions League, and has attracted attention from several European clubs including Torino, Augsburg and Sevilla. The Algerian international’s price tag is reported to be around £6 million. With Ait-Nouri’s attacking threat gone, Hadjam could be a key replacement if Wolves secure his signature this summer.

Richard Rios

Wolves have made a bid for Palmeiras midfielder Richard Rios as they look to strengthen their squad this summer. The 25-year-old Colombian, who shone at the recent Club World Cup, has attracted interest from several European clubs, including Nottingham Forest, Roma, and Inter Milan. Wolves reportedly offered €25 million for Rios, but Palmeiras have rejected all current bids, holding out for a higher fee. Despite the setback, the situation remains one to watch as Wolves pursue quality midfield reinforcements.

Jesurun Rak-Sakyi

Wolves have turned their attention to Crystal Palace’s Jesurun Rak-Sakyi as they look to add fresh options out wide ahead of the new season. The 21-year-old winger, known for his quick feet and direct style, caught the eye during loan spells in the Championship and is now seen as a potential target to boost Wolves’ squad depth and attacking threat. Palace reportedly value Rak-Sakyi at around £10 million, but Wolves may be cautious about meeting that figure. Rak-Sakyi’s skillset and pace could bring a new dimension to Wolves’ play as they rebuild their wide options for the upcoming campaign.

Jhon Arias

Wolves are on the verge of signing Colombian winger Jhon Arias from Fluminense, with reports from John Percy (Telegraph) and Fabrizio Romano confirming the transfer is nearly complete. Arias, 26, is known for his pace, work rate, and attacking creativity, having impressed in the Brazilian league and on the international stage. His ability to beat defenders and deliver quality final balls makes him a strong addition to Wolves’ front line. The impending move has upset Fluminense fans, who have voiced their frustration both online and in person, showing how much Arias is valued at his current club. If the deal goes through as expected, Wolves supporters can look forward to seeing Arias bring flair and energy to Molineux this season.

Wallace Yan

A few days ago, Wallace Yan’s move to Wolves seemed close, but the transfer now appears much less likely. Recent reports say Flamengo are determined to keep hold of the talented 18-year-old and are fighting off interest from Europe, including Wolves. Sources close to the player’s camp have also denied that a deal is done, and talks of a Premier League move have faded. For now, Wallace remains focused on his development at Flamengo, with his club keen to secure his future and fend off any further approaches.

Georgios Vagiannidis

Wolves are tracking Greek right-back Georgios Vagiannidis as a potential replacement for Nelson Semedo, according to recent reports. The 22-year-old has caught attention with his standout performances for Panathinaikos, showing strong defensive skills and impressive attacking stats from full-back. Last season, Vagiannidis contributed with key assists and goals, highlighting his ability to impact both ends of the pitch. His speed, work ethic, and crossing accuracy could offer Wolves a dynamic option on the right side. As Semedo’s future remains uncertain, Vagiannidis looks like a promising target who fits the profile for Vitor Pereira’s system.

Wolves Outgoing Rumours

Wolves are seeing growing interest in several of their first-team players as the summer transfer window heats up.

Burnley, freshly promoted to the Premier League, are reportedly targeting Sam Johnstone to strengthen their squad for the top flight. Johnstone’s experience and reliability make him an appealing option as Burnley look to secure their status in the division.

There are also ongoing links between Wolves goalkeeper Jose Sa and Turkish giants Galatasaray. The Istanbul club is in the market for a new first-choice keeper and see Sa as a proven performer at the top level.

In the attacking department, Championship side Birmingham City are keeping tabs on Hwang Hee-Chan, with hopes of adding quality and depth to their squad. Hwang’s speed and ability to create chances would make him an asset for Birmingham as they aim to push on next season. If moves materialise, Wolves could see key players exit Molineux before the new campaign kicks off.

Juventus have expressed interest in Wolves midfielder Andre, who has become a sought-after talent after his performances in the Premier League. Italian reports suggest that Juve have made initial enquiries about his availability as they plan their summer transfer business. Wolves, however, have responded by making it clear they want to keep Andre at Molineux and are not looking to sell at this stage. The club values his contribution and potential, viewing him as an important part of their midfield options for the upcoming season. Whether Juventus returns with a stronger offer remains to be seen, but for now, Wolves are standing firm on their position.
