LOUIE LEFEVRE & BLACKPOOL WOLF SHARE THE LATEST NEWS ON WOLVES LOANEES

Wolverhampton Wanderers loan list has extended to 14 players this week as Wolves agreed a season long loan with Swiss Super League club Yverdon Sports F.C for 20 year old Jamaican international right-back Dexter Joeng Woo Lembikisa. Lembikisa joined Wolves at the age of 13 and has one appearance in the senior side which came in EFL Cup against Leeds United in 2022. This is Dexter’s 3rd loan spell away from the club after enjoying a successful loan spell in the Championship with Rotherham United last season before a January loan switch to Scottish Premiership side Hearts.

Tyler Roberts – A.F.C Fylde – National League
No game time this week for Roberts as Fylde picked up four points from two games. The Coasters beat Southend United on Tuesday before a 1-1 draw with Woking. A good week for Fylde who currently sit 20th in the National League. Fylde parted ways with their manager last Sunday leaving Chris Neal and former Aston Villa and Blackpool man Nathan Delfouneso in charge for this week’s games.

Nigel Lonwijk and Joe Hodge – Huddersfield Town A.F.C – EFL League One
Not a good weekend for Huddersfield Town supporters. Lonwijk played the full 90 minutes in a 3-1 home loss to Northampton. Joe Hodge came on for Callum Marshall to play the second half but couldn’t prevent the shock result that saw Huddersfield slip to 5th in League One.

Lucas Kibrya – Wolverhampton Casuals – Midlands Football League Premier Division
Wolverhampton Casuals were in cup action this week as they travelled away to Romulus in the Isuzu FA Vase. Sadly for Kibrya, he won’t be enjoying a cup run in this particular competition. He played the full 90 minutes in goal but was powerless to resist the home side in a 3-0 defeat. He may get another taste of football on Tuesday however, when the Cassies host Hednesford Town in the first round of the Walsall Senior Cup.

James Storer – Darlaston Town (1874) FC – Northern Premier League
Storer’s Darlaston Town side entered the Walsall Senior Cup this week when they beat Romulus 2-1 at the Paycare Stadium to reach the second round. Storer played the full match just as he would for the weekend fixture with AFC Rushden and Diamonds. Storer was unfortunately on the wrong side of a 2-1 scoreline this time. Darlaston are now 8th in the Northern Premier League Midlands division.

Tawanda Chirewa – Derby County – EFL Championship
Another match with no sight of Tawanda Chirewa in the Derby side. Sheffield United beat the Rams at Bramall Lane 1-0 with a Gustavo Hamer goal. Derby are now 10th in the Championship but Zimbabwe international Chirewa is yet to make his Championship debut. Interestingly, one of the men currently keeping Chirewa out of the Derby side is former Wolves man Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, who started the match.

Chem Campbell – Reading F.C – EFL League One
Campbell played the full match for Reading as they visited the Toughsheet Community Stadium to face Bolton Wanderers. The hosts would prevail in an epic 5-2 clash that leaves Reading 16th in League One. Former Wolves academy striker Aaron Collins played the last 12 minutes for Bolton.

George Hardy – Highgate United F.C – Midland Football League Premier Division
George Hardy and Highgate United had no fixture this week.

Fabio Silva – Las Palmas – La Liga
Fabio Silva was handed his first start of the season for La Liga’s bottom side UD Las Palmas on Saturday evening. Silva played the full 90 minutes in Las Palmas 2-1 Defeat away to Osasuna. Silva was unable to find the back of the net on four different occasions and picked up a booking late in the game. Las Palmas winless run extends to 19 La Liga games (W0 D7 L12). This record is the second worst La Liga winless run in their entire history.

Hugo Bueno – Feyenoord – Eredivisie
Hugo Bueno was once again absent from the Feyenoord match day squad. Although the Dutch club have yet to inform us it’s understood Bueno has picked up a knock with no timeline yet announced. Feyenoord remain 5th in League and still unbeaten with a 2-0 victory at home against NAC Breda on Sunday evening.

Ki Jana-Hoever – Auxerre – Ligue 1
Ki Jana-Hoever was brought back into the starting 11 after serving a one match ban for a red card against Le Havre just before the international break. The right back played 82 minutes of the game on Sunday before being substituted for tactical reasons. Auxerre have now dropped into the bottom for the first time season after their fourth straight defeat.

Chiquinho – RCD Mallorca – La Liga
Chiquinho was an unused sub in RCD Mallorca’s 1-0 Home victory over Real Sociedad. The Portuguese winger is expected to make the bench once again tonight when RCD Mallorca take on Real Betis tonight. RCD Mallorca will look to add to their 8 points they have picked up so far this season and improve on their 11th place standing.

Marvin Kaleta – Motherwell – Scottish Premier League
Marvin Kaleta continues to gain important first team minutes on loan at Scottish Premier League club Motherwell. Motherwell beat Dundee United on Friday night 2-1 with an injury time penalty in the Scottish League Cup Quarter-final. Kaleta was the first sub used by Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell on the 50 minute mark. Motherwell have now earned a trip to Hampden Park to face Rangers in the Semi-final on the 2nd of November.

Dexter Lembikisa – Yverdon Sports FC – Swiss Super League.
Dexter Lembikisa made his first team debut this weekend just 4 days after signing a season long loan with Swiss club Yverdon Sports FC. The Jamaican International joins former Wolves academy player Christian Marques at the Stade Municipal. Lembikisa’s debut didn’t go as he would have liked as he was part of double substitution after just 33 mins in Yverdon Sports FC 3-1 defeat to Lausanne on Sunday evening. Yverdon Sports FC remain second bottom of the league with just 1 win in 7 games.

Nathan Fraser – S.V Zulte Waregem – Belgian First Division B
Nathan Fraser didn’t make the match day squad for the first time this season for Belgian club S.V Zulte Waregem, Zulte Waregem move up to 4th in the league after a 3-1 home win against RFC Liege on Sunday evening.
