Great save from Sa in the first half and commanded his area well coming out for crosses but his vision was blocked for the goal.
Nelson Semedo-6
Really tough night for Semedo up against Doku and didn’t really contribute going forward.
Ait-Nouri 8
Was a good night for Ait Nouri, constantly pushing forward with his tricks and was unlucky with hitting the post and was always a threat going forward.
Matt Doherty- 5
Was a very difficult night against Doku again, was cut inside and out multiple times by the Belgian.
Toti-7
Good solid performance for Toti and has really has improved under Pereira. Kept Marmoush quiet all night kept it fairly simple.
Emmanuel Agbadou -8 (Man of the Match)
Another solid performance for Agbadou under Pereira and he really is a rolls Royce of a centre half. So relaxed on the ball and his vision with his switch of play and not worried about running with the ball.
Andre-6
Was tidy in possession but a rare night for Andrew with multiple misplaced passes and fouls and gave the ball away for the goal.
Joao Gomes-7
A regular performance for Gomes with multiple challenges winning the ball and carrying it forward.
Marshall Munetsi-5
Really didn’t bring Wolves anything to the game. Probably his poorest game in a Wolves shirt.
Jean-Ricner Bellegarde-6
Missed a chance when played in the first half and over hit pass to Munetsi. Was constantly battling to win the ball back.
Matheus Cunha-6
Not as influential as he has been, ghosted in and out of play when Wolves needed him. Unlucky in second half as struck the post but that really was his only threat.
SUBS
Rodrigo Gomes- 5
Off the bench and like Semedo had a difficult task to deal with Doku, did get forward a couple times to try help Wolves find a way back in the game.
Pablo Sarabia-5
Struggled to get into the game after coming on and a few misplaced passes.
Goncalo Guedes-6
Only came on for 10 mins so didn’t really have time to make an impact but did put in a dangerous cross to the box but no one there on the end of it.
Man of the Match performance from Agbadou
Really is a solid player for Wolves and Pereira and the way he glides around the pitch and handles top opposition players after a short time in the league is invaluable. Top reason why before tonight we won 6 out of 7 because his positioning and organisation is one of the best in the league.
