We take a look at the latest Wolves transfer rumours
Nottingham Forest are expected to bid for Jose Sa in the coming days. Forest wanted Dean Henderson from Manchester United but so far have been unable to secure his services and Jose Sa is next on their list. Indications are that Wolves would be willing to sell but only for the right price. Yassine Bounou aka Bono has recently been linked with Wolves and may be lined up as his replacement. Sevilla are waiting for offers on the keeper.
Wolves have been linked with a move for Bristol City’s Alex Scott along with a number of other Premier League clubs. Wolves reportedly had an £18m bid rejected and are unwilling to go higher. Bournemouth are now thought to be leading the race to sign the young prospect.
Napoli are still keen on Max Kilman and are hoping to come up with a deal that will convince Wolves to sell the defender. With Sevilla set to lose Kim Min-Jae to Bayern Munich they are keen to have a solid replacement. Wolves have been linked with a number of defenders, Victor Nelsson from Galatasaray is thought to prefer a move to Spurs over Wolves. São Paulo defender Lucas Beraldo is also on Wolves radar and it’s thought they could offer €7m but it may not be sufficient and São Paulo would want more money.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that a deal is close for the return of Matt Doherty to the club this could lead to the departure of Jonny once the deal is agreed.
Lazio are reported to be in talks with Wolves regarding striker Fabio Silva. Lazio ideally want a loan deal with an option to buy but Wolves are holding out for at least €25m for him to depart this Summer.
OGC Nice are in advanced talks with Wolves for Rayan Ait-Nouri. They have touted a loan with option buy but nothing concrete on a deal. Rayan is believed to be open to a return to France.
Wolves are interested in signing Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo. The Brazilian international was given permission to join Liverpool on a season-long loan transfer last summer, but Melo suffered a thigh injury missing the middle of the season, Arthur only made one substitute appearance in the Champions League.
Wolves are yet to make any notable additions to the squad this Summer so hopefully some good news soon on that front, maybe a new player for the launch of the home kit?
