CHRIS HUMPHRIES LOOKS AT THE THINGS WE LEARNT FROM WOLVES DEFEAT TO BRIGHTON

Wolves got schooled by Brighton so here’s the lessons we learnt from the 6-0 defeat at the Amex.

Lesson 1 Don’t Go to Brighton

Will probably get a lot of abuse for this but seriously don’t go, it’s a place where we don’t really ever get a positive result and this has been the epitome of awfulness.

Lesson 2 Stop Tinkering

We had a dynamic forward looking midfield, with a front three that was putting pressure on teams , in three games we have gone to completely the opposite.

Lesson 3 Stocks and Shares Basics

In the big city you invest in a product and when it reaches it’s peak you sell sell sell, we should have agreed a fee with anyone who had offered money for Nunes after Chelsea.

Personally i never want to see him play for this club again.

Lesson 4 Half Time Shake IT Ups

I have pretty much given up trying to understand what the manager thought he was doing at half time, the manager should have as a mnimum sorted that team out with a view to shutting up shop , instead he brought on calamity collins who gifted a goal straight away.

Lesson 5 We are where we are for a reason

It’s very clear that whilst an upturn has seen us move away from the bottom, we have some real issues to sort out in the summer.

Lesson 6 go big go early

It’s clear that in the summer we need to get on with changing the team and if we are selling neves do it quick, the manager needs to have the time to work with his new players to get them to work as a team because this lot don’t

Lesson 7 Food for thought

Julen Lopetegui has been buying the players food when they keep a clean sheet, they must still be digesting the last meal , they were miles of the pace ,maybe they have overeaten I think they must have chosen cabbage, thats all I see, a bunch of them.
