REPORTS ARE EMERGING OF RUBEN NEVES DEPARTURE TO AL-HILAL

Shock news today that Ruben Neves is likely to be departing Wolves to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal. Whilst it was expected that Ruben would depart Wolves this summer it wasn’t expected that he would join a Saudi team. Primarily up until now the big name players joining the Saudi league have been nearing the end of their careers and boosting their retirement pot with some Saudi dosh, but Ruben is in his prime and we thought he was leaving for Champions League football.

There are rumours that he may be loaned to Newcastle who are also Saudi owned and this could be a way of bypassing FFP rules. We will have to wait and see how this pans out but it’s looking likely that this deal will go through in the next few days.

From a Wolves perspective £47m is good money and can’t be sniffed at! Surely we would never have received this sort of money from Barca or a Premier League rival.

I believe it’s a con and needs stopping, this PIF surely is illigal it makes one wonder how Newcastle passed the management test without some very, very massive backhanders.
