Silly tackle that put him in a precarious position on a yellow card but used the ball well until he went on a mad raid losing the ball which left us out of shape for Danny Ings to score

Had a lot of work to do, did it well got forward and linked with Podence

Again a steady performance he is coming into his own under Julen
JOAO MOUTINHO- 6
As always a good performance from Mouts, he really is enjoying playing in the three midfielders
RUBEN NEVES - 7
Back to a much better standard as i thought his last two games were well below his level
HWANG HEE-CHAN - 6
Hwang is putting himself about it looks like the World Cup has got him fit and he is back on his game
DANIEL PODENCE - 7
Great goal great movement he was causing Villa nightmares with his trickery shame he went off
DIEGO COSTA - 6
Made some great runs he is looking fitter every game , i expect him to be on the scoresheet soon

Didn’t really take a grip on the game, not sure why we didn’t try and use him more on the counter

Hustled and bustled but didn’t really have an effect on the game until late in with a great run that was saved

Played some neat balls and looks composed but he is no Moutinho

Made some decent runs looks lively didn’t really have much chance to effect the game
