A first-ever EFL Cup meeting between Wolves and Leeds takes place on Wednesday night, as the two sides renew hostilities for round three.

Wolves beat Preston North End 2-1 in round two to make it this far, whileLeeds overcame Barnsley by three goals to one.

TEAM NEWS

Wolves right-back Semedo will sit this one out through suspension after seeing red in the loss to Brighton, and he is joined  by Diego Costa, who is serving the second of a three-game ban.

Wolves are still without long term absentees Raul Jimenez, Sasa Kalajdzic, Pedro Neto and Chiquinho. It remains to be seen if Matheus Nunes will be fit for this one or if Toti Gomes will make the line up.

Patrick Bamford was recently injured in training and is not expected back for this one, as is Archie Gray and Adam Forshaw.

Luis Sinisterra and Stuart Dallas remain sidelined until after the international break.
