LUCAS SHARMA RECAPS WOLVES WIN AGAINST TOTTENHAM ON THE ROAD

Wolves back in the capital on their return there since they saw past Chelsea 4 goals to 2 on the last capital visit.

FIRST HALF

Wolves had heartbreaking news earlier this week, with Matheus Cuhna has ruled out potentially until the end of the season. Can wolves do it without a registered number 9?

Well the first half was Spurs starting off strong but Wolves started to ease into the game having big chances of their own but so did Spurs. Wolves started to capitalise with these chances earning a corner in the 43rd minute which Pablo Sarabia crossed into Joao Gomes who put it past the stranded Vicario. Spurs started to take this opportunity to try ease back into the game with the four added minutes. But they couldn’t find their way through as the referee concludes the first half.

SECOND HALF

36 seconds after the interval Spurs get a throw in and after some scrappy play Dejan Kuluseveski takes his shot and puts it past Jose Sa inTO the Wolves goal. Around 12 minutes later the ball finds Pedro Neto who shoves Emerson Royal off him pulls it back to the penalty spot where Joao Gomes is there to slot his brace away. Neither team added to there score tally after this. But both teams had big chances.

Wolves are now unbeaten in the past 4 trips to the capital, can they keep it up with the bigger teams hosting us soon?
